Bring your mumma, wine and self love hats to our tarts workshop this Mothers day.
2-4pm may 9th
This workshop is all about celebrating love and creating delicious desserts to take home and share (or not). Creating a bright and colourful Lemon meringue tart.
Each attendee with be learning
- white chocolate loaded barks
- vanilla and macadamia shortcrust base
- blackberry chia jam
- Lemon mousse filings
- vanilla bean mousse filling
- Aquafaba meringue
Full recipe booklet will be provided to take home.
You will then spend the final hour decorating you very own full tart to take home, using barks, jams, dried roses from organica floret roses farm and plenty of edible garnishes. Tarts will last three months frozen and one week in the fridge.
Full grazing board provided for lunch and sparkling waters.
Class demonstration will be held at our kitchen at 15 Rosebed Street Eudlo, then head next door to the Rosebed Share Space at 13 Rosebed Street for our lunch and decorating. We have ample street parking and 100m from the Eudlo train station for anybody coming from the city.
