Delivery and Product Info

For products on our Local Deliveries

We deliver our products to the Sunshine Coast only. Delivery takes place between approx 6-10am on Fridays, or collection from us at your chosen time from the Eudlo premises. 

It is preferable that the recipient be available to receive all products on the day of delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, then products will be left outside the residence in a cool, shaded area. We recommend an esky be left out in the event of an unattended address. 

Pick Ups

Pick up is staffed Friday 10-11am from Eudlo.

After hours and weekend collection is available also. Please contact if you cant find your required time on the calender. 

 

Delivery Schedule

Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the above delivery schedule, occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in slight delays in the above time frames. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive hand delivered on time.

 

Unattended Deliveries

Due to the high volume of deliveries, we are not in a position to wait at unattended addresses. It is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing their order. We retain records for proof of delivery, and are exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage to products left at unattended premises.

Wrong Address

Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order. When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be re-directed to Rosebed and Finch HQ and stored. Boxes can then be collected at a pre arranged time. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, It is the customer’s responsibility to decide on whether they would like to purchase another delivery fee for the following week. If the customer chooses to re-deliver the original box, an additional delivery fee of $15 will apply, and is payable prior to re-delivery occurring.

All our products contain nuts, some savoury items contain soy.

Delivery is between 6-10am Friday mornings. $15 delivery applies.

All products will store in freezer for 3 months and in the fridge for 1 week.

Orders must be in before 4pm Tuesdays for same week production and delivery (or until sold out prior).

 

For products shipped in Australia...

We are coeliac safe

YES - everything that comes from our kitchen is completely gluten free. We work in a kitchen that does not have gluten on the premises, so this is a safe space for you if you are a coeliac. Our base mixes are hand filled in our kitchen.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders usually take between 3 to 7 days to arrive. 
We use Australia Post to send your orders.

All orders are processed in a timely manner. We aim for 24 hours where possible, worst case is within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email

 

How can I track my order?

We send tracking for every order once it leaves our kitchen. You can also contact us on finchiesfarmgate@outlook.com if you are worried that your order might be lost.

 

Lost or damaged packages/ returns.

Rosebed and Finch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. While we will help as much as possible assisting with our chosen delivery service, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances with third party couriers. 

Due to being a perishable product, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

Store credits may be offered on a case by case basis. 

 

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are packaged in a sealed mailer bag for safe transport, however we can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order.  

It is the responsibility of the sender to send the parcel to an address that is:
a) attended upon delivery; or
b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it is left in a safe place upon delivery.
If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended during business hours on weekdays.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot change the order or shipping address.
